With over a decade in the talent strategy space, she has built best in-class people experiences when it comes to talent strategy, recruitment and fostering belonging. Paired with a background in psychology, focused on neuroscience, team dynamics and personalities, she has had the opportunity to build global teams across industries for some of the top brands and organizations in the world. She takes the science and bring in a nuanced human touch. Working directly with Executive Leadership, Chino has spearheaded initiatives and programs that have bolstered employer brands to attract, retain and develop their teams.

Recently, Chino was recognized as an Emerging Leader by The Peak, and she joined the Monday Girl community in 2024. An advocate for equity and inclusion, her goal is to help empower organizations to build more diversity into the processes for their teams.
